My Wii U is so dang loud. I mean, I keep hearing about people's Wii U systems being so quietly smooth while they run, while mines over there making these scratchy noise, and constantly chugging away while running the simplest of games.
Is all this noise I keep hearing with the system a problem I should be worried about? |

@Rose
I'm actually considering getting a One (not really a Sony fan), though I was originally gonna sell my 360 to go towards it. With all this noise the U is making, I dunno. The exclusives are awesome and I really enjoy it, it's just the system is really loud for whatever reason. And I doubt Nintendo would do a thing about it, either. |

@Aber it's your choice m8.
do you want the brick that's apparently receiving the best support from the staff and good exclusives or the other brick with the light on top of it which has the better specs, but rarely receives a major update and took a little while to get back online when it is down, and good exclusives or the noisy brick with the exclusive games that got outsold by the xbox one in under a year

@Roseart
I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but the ones you listed in order are:
1. Xbox One 2. PS4 3. Wii U
And honestly, I dunno. It's between 1 and 3, PS4 is out of the equation for me.
@Briar
Like I said, I don't think they'd do much about it even if they wanted me to send it in. I had a bad experience with them as well when my 3DS was having issues and they asked me to send that it for them to look at... |

@Ferel
Nothing at all? Sorry, but it sounds just so hard to believe with mine making all of this racket. As much as I hate to do it, I just may have to call Nintendo on this one. |

That could very well be it, though I'm not sure how I would solve that problem myself. Or if that's even possible for me to do. |

Aber, if you still have a warranty. i'd phone nintendo or the store you've brought it from.
They should be able to replace it or fix it for you.

I'm trying to consider how long I've had it...how long would the warranty last? Or just possibilities of how long the warranty would be if it had one? |

@aber
i seriously think its just yours granted, i sit fairly far away from my wii u when i play (5 meters?) but i never hear anything unusual coming out of it, and i have my PS2 or my X360 to remind me of what that'd sound like |

@Ferel
I've still got an X360 to remind me of how loud consoles can be, and sometimes the noises from this thing are LOUDER than the X360. So I think it's definitely time to call Nintendo as soon as I can. |

@Aber, not sure really. I'd still take it and see if anything is wrong, as they would probably be able to tell if anything is wrong internally or if it's just dust.
I think most companies should do it for free then charge you if there is an issue and you want to fix it. |

@Wiki
You know the sound when you got a printer running, and as it prints the ink onto the paper it makes a mechanical, scratchy sound? That's the closest thing I can describe it to. |

I can't tell if you're trying to be funny
Or if you're attempting to troll
Whatever the case, you're failing at either one. |
