i wanna gain like 25lb but i dont know how to do it
i wanna start swimming and that will let me put on muscle and also give me an excuse to buy cute swimsuits but i also want to eat lots of food
also idk what sort of time i should aim to have gained weight by |

i have changed my mind im gonna put on like 40lb of fat and then i will start exercising to try losing some of it

Eat slightly more than you do. High calorie foods, lots of red meat. Have snacks regularly. But stop when you're at the weight you want. |

It doesn't change the percentage but it does effect the time frame so about 2.5 months then |

| I'm going through the same issue. What I do is eat a bit more food, drink lots of milk, do at least 25-30 push-ups every after you wake up and before you go to sleep. Its not really a problem and its actually not that hard. |
