QUARAD is a ROBLOX Trading Firm which requires professionality, diversity and equality whilst in the work place. In order to do so the company must obey a strict code of conduct, which is enforced and set up by the company's executive management. The Code of Conduct has a purpose to rule out what can and cannot be done in result of an affair between both an employee and the company itself. Whilst it is not compulsory; career threatening, we strongly advise our new and old members to familiarise our conduct in order to know both yours and your colleagues rights.
Section I: Equality and Diversity in the Work Place.
Quarad has a policy that all members under the employment of the company, regardless of age, gender, religious beliefs or physical appearance has a right to be apart of the Quarad work force. We have a strict policy that prejudice and discrimination will not be tolerated; any sign of it will be dealt with immediately. Here at Quarad, we believe in a diverse community, meaning that you should not be afraid if you do not have a background in the trading industry prior to joining Quarad. We strive for development in all abilities of our employees, be it teamwork, cooperation or service, we encourage our employees to do the best of their abilities; provide a pleasant environment for both the customers and the members in general.
Section II: Harassment-free Work Environment. Quarad Executives commit themselves in order to ensure both our customers and our employees that harassment in our franchises and workplaces is not promoted; will be dealt with in a serious and professional manner. Regardless of ranking, as a team we devote ourselves to ensure all employees and customers are treated with respect whilst our employees are assisting them. Harassment and blackmail will not be tolerated whilst in Quarad facilities.
Section III: Compliance with Company's Policies. ROBLOX Users sworn under the employment of Quarad have a responsibility to comply with all of the companies policies and laws. Violations are to be dealt with in a professional and serious matter; may consequently result in termination of an employee. If unsure that a violation has taken place, we urge you to seek professional advice from a member of Human Resources, whom will clarify your thoughts.
Failure to report violations itself is against the companies policies; will be dealt with in a severe manner, resulting in suspension or termination of a Quarad employee. Cases of violations must be documented in a professional format; sent to the Chief Executive Officer for review. Reports will be addressed anonymously to prevent further problems occurring in the future if necessary. All cases are kept strictly between selected Quarad Executives and Human Resources.
Section IV: Conflict of Interest Quarad Employees are sworn to a strict policy that no form of physical interest, be it personal or financial interests, will not be tolerated within the workforce. Biased judgement of hiring will be dealt with in a severe manner, resulting in suspension or termination of the employee from his or her’s duties. The following are examples of when Conflict of Interest is not expected.
As a company we choose to invest power in our executives; trust them not to use those powers to obtain personal belongings, such as accepting bribes for certain ranks or powers within the company. In the situation that this is suspected, the Chief Executive Officer may use his/her executive power to remove the employer from their duties, in either a suspension or termination.
Forms of interest is expected not to happen when an interview or application is being pended for approval. Hiring people based on a biased judgement of personal relationships or financial interests will not be tolerated; will be dealt with in a severe manner by the Chief Executive Officer, resulting in termination or suspension from their duties.
Quarad Members may not obtain information from Quarad Executives and use it for their long-term advantage. By doing this you will be proving you are not in-fact a loyal Quarad member; this may result in suspension or termination, based on how serious the allegation is proved to be.
ROBLOX users under the employment of Quarad are strictly forbidden to use competing brands intelligence against them. All personal affairs with competing companies, that do not involve Quarad, are to remain private matters between the specific member and the competing brand. If in any case Quarad is brought into the private matter, the individual behind it will receive a suspension.
All Quarad members, ranging from Customers to Department Executives should have a Conflict of Interest that may jeopardize their future in the company, Quarad’s overall integrity or the integrity of their department. People must represent their employer in a very professional manner.
Section V: Employee Conduct Those whom are employed under the brand name Quarad are sworn to a strict policy, which is embedded in their contract upon being hired as an employee of the firm. We have stripped those policies down; summarized them to suit our target audiences needs.
► Inappropriate use of the firms resources is strictly forbidden, miss-use of resources such as facilities and contacts will result in termination of suspension from Quarad.
► Physical forms of expression, such as fighting and threatening will not be tolerated in the Quarad Work Force, all cases will be investigated; will result in termination of either an individual or a group of employees.
► Defiance to comply with the firms conduct will result in termination, regardless of what terms are being violated.
► Unethically using Quarad to gain perks in other firms, accepting or offering bribes which may cause corruption within departments is a violation of the firms policies; will result in immediate termination upon investigated.
► An unauthorized long-term absence from an employee will result in termination or suspension, failure to comply with the firms role description; not playing part as a Quarad Employee is against the companies policies; will not be tolerated.
Section VI: Waivers From The Policy The executive branch of the CEO may issue Waivers to issue exceptions to the companies policies, however biased judgement will be determined by the Board; will be labeled as corruption of justice.
