The following documentation is to provide clarity and understanding when it comes to the demotion and promotion of all members of The Great Army of Britannia. The following rules and guidelines are to be followed at all times.
[Promotions]:
*Meeting the criteria below does not mean one has to be promoted, it means one is qualified to be promoted.*

Private-Corporal* to pass through these ranks and attain a rank above them, you must attend trainings, raids, and patrol the forts actively. A Major, Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel may recommend you for promotion to the next rank. This is done by a personal message to a Brigadier or higher. If a Brigadier General or higher notices you, they may promote you right away.
Sergeant-Staff Sergeant* to pass through these ranks and attain a rank above them, you must attend trainings, raids, and patrol the forts actively.
Middle Rank
Lieutenant-Major* to pass through these ranks and attain a rank above them, you must attend trainings, raids, and patrol the forts actively. A Lieutenant Colonel or Colonel cannot recommend you. You must be noticed by a Brigadier or higher.
High Rank
Lieutenant Colonel-Colonel* to pass through these ranks and attain a rank above them, you must attend trainings, raids, and patrol the forts actively. You cannot be recommended for promotion by any rank other than Brigadier or higher. Once a Brigadier or higher feels a Lieutenant Colonel-Colonel is ready for promotion, the Brigadier must ask the Field Marshal or the Emperor. Once the Field Marshal or Emperor approves, All Member Who Hold the Rank of Brigadier or above must agree with the promotion. Then the Lieutenant Colonel-Colonel can be promoted.
