bruh when i made it to regional in track we never did pushups, all we did is run And I can do 55ish in a minute, which according to national standards is really good. |

how long did it take yall to do a set of 100 like 5 minutes?! but like i said us sprinters never dod that abs crap or stuff liek that we jsut ran till we dropped but i converted into a mileage runner doing that kind of stuff recently so that's cool |
