~ I.What you need to know as an Intern+ The key thing you need to know as an intern is the five virtues. The five virtues are:

Another thing you need to know is the thirteen stations. These are very important for when you become a Staff at Kestrel. The thirteen stations are:
1. Entrance 2. Cafe 3. Customer Service (Main) 4. Stairs on right 5. Suits 6. Female 7. Polos 8. Pants 9. Customer Service (Second Floor) 10. Tactical 11. Customer Service (Third Floor) 12. Vests 13. Graphic Tees -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= II. How to be a great employee There are many great ways to be a great employee. These helpful tips will help you succeed throughout your Kestrel career.
A. Use correct grammar and punctuation. This helps you attend a customer(s).(e.x "Hello, Welcome to Kestrel, I am (Your name here), how may I help you Sir/Ma'am?"
B. Be active. Being active gives you more opportunities. You may attend trainings hosted by Board of Directors and up. Also being active is very great and will show the HRs that you have ambition to succeed in your dream job.
C. Work at customer service. There should always someone working at customer service.
D. Obey Higher Ranks. Obeying Higher Ranks is very important. If a HR is telling you to go to Customer Service, you need to do it, unless you are busy with a customer. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= III. How to get ranked up A. Wait before being ranked up. It is very important that you wait at least 1-3 days before becoming your next rank. This is important for all ranks.

I want to let you know that the 13 stations are wrong; the 5 virtues are right, but not stations. The 13 stations are: (In this order) 1. Entrance 2. Customer Service 3. Suits 4. Pants 5. Vests 6. Females 7. Tactical 8. Polos 9. Cafe 10. Front right stairs 11. Front left stairs 12. Graphic tees 13. Sports
