So I joined roblox thinking that I would be able to build a world using the roblox studio however I have tried to build stuff using the tutorials and they look just right ie. I built a car exactly like the tutorial said it drove fine but when I adjusted the speed above 25 it started flopping around violently and I didn't even adjust it over 50. Other tutorials such as building a gun or other things just don't make any since. All I want to build here is a laser tag arena, airsoft battle map, and a paintball map. I don't know if there is one since I can't find it in the studio but I think there needs to be a part that has a win condition such as 25 kills to win with 30 minutes to do it. I think you can do it with the scripts but the script tutorial is too hard for me to follow. Adding a part that automatically do this would make it MUCH easier for the new people here. |

| No support. Roblox has tried its best making Studio flow. It isn't really that hard. You just have to be creative. |

The studio interface is a little but scary to new users, but once you get the hang of it it works out really good. Instead of trying to build your arena right now, I recommend starting out with smaller, simpler stuff, like a house, just to learn the program. Once you get the hang of it, then you'll see how effective it actually is.
I'm sorry, but no support. |

| All it needs is some practice, and you'll get the hang of it! I did, so you can too (: |

| Don't follow tutorials, experiment on your own, it will be easier to just randomly click things and teach yourself the basics, |

:Not Advertising: But I make games not popular but I do go creative with them and got over 100 visits now I wish I was good at games because game making is as hard as making a game. What you can do is make the setup instead of us doing the scripting then you wont have those games that say slide down 999999999 or something and you get something else what people can do is a category called timers and you can click it and what will happen is it will add a countdown to your game you can move it and adjust where it goes on your screen now this is for new people but the thing we have for studio now is still available as an advanced build. Now I don't know if anyone understands this but it would make roblox more gameplay and easier and more people play the games that we always wanted to make who knows its "Powering Imagination" Right people come up with good ideas for games and we wouldn't even know I hope someone reads this and help make roblox studio easier.
Btw You can use very famous game developers on your team Alexnewtron,Asimo,Nikillis, and others. |
