Lucid dreaming is when you realize your dreaming then you can do just about anything you want in that dream.
And you only remember your dream at the last minutes of right before you wake up. It's best to try it when you take a nap or some sht |

| when you wake up and the first thing you see is a dark figure staring at you, i doubt you're going to tell yourself its fake, especially in the initial shock of just waking up. it isn't a normal experience, you act like every day you just wake up with a dark figure staring you down and if so you need mental help. |

I meant, you can can't control when it happens.

You can actually let yourself fall into sleep paralysis before you fall asleep entirely.
If you go into lucid dreaming at that point, you will be driven insane. You will not have the ability to tell the difference between reality and nightmares. |

You can consider lucid dreaming good or bad, there is no inbetween.
Since it involves no drugs or any other sort of thing, it is natural to lucid dream |

I actually tried doing this a couple of weeks ago. Worst mistake of my life.
Weirdly enough, I had the same black figure experience that poly explained. The only difference is that I could've sworn I saw it several times that day, even when awake. |

Congratulations. You can control dreams.
I'll let you have that, while I steer clear of the possibility of me being driven insane. |
