Dearest CA, I write to you as one of your veteran members and present soldiers on the battlefield.

As you are reading this we're are in a raid, even though I am not leader of our army yet, I believe I must prove myself to all of you in combat and dutiful behaviors. But, I must write this forum for all those who had not gotten the chance to attend the debate.

-[Introduction]-

I first planted my roots in CA in the late year of 2010, under the leadership of my running opponent Tictacs123. Starting out as a grunt, I quickly rose to the rank of major, given a personal field commission by Tic himself. However little did I know the higher ranks and older members viewed me as a upstart as I was promoted to a high rank quickly (2 days in). Due to the quick promoting system of CA, I somehow gotten myself to 4th leader, than to 2nd. I became the RHM of Tic for quite awhile, and witnessed some things that my naive self blindly sided with him in.

He attempted to Sell CA for a few grand of robux, and was scammed in doing so, he managed to get CA back after a few emails to Roblox. Things returned to the way it was, however I believe this was the beginning of the reason why many were leaving later on. I continued serving CA and it's leader Tic, learning many things under him and from CA I would use to benefit it more. Other than meeting the highest rank in CA, I also met some really kind and good-hearted comrades serving aside with me. A few old distant names in the past, as OldTerminator, CamandoMike (LegitimateMeow), redbananna1000, winstonchuchill, layteealt, mircat and much many more that if I were to list, it would be essentially CA of 2010. I later started to fall out of CA and join I.L and make a few comrades there.

But where my heart truly was to be meant for was for my beloved CA, I returned to raiding and hosting actively as a man can. Til then I decided to leave roblox for a short while as I had personal reasons and the group was starting to bother me. When I left, an apparent civil war occured I learned of this when I returned to check on CA. Many people were gone, most were my comrades. But I recognized a new leader, clonecommander1000 whom I personally promoted to general in 2010. He bought a new MM CA which I loved, it was new and I personally loved to see that we were using real gear that the RL CA was using.

However, leaders lose motivation and he was on his doubts, without real notice I was given CA, and stumbled with it. At the very start it seem hopeful as we started to raid constantly, than school came around and wiped out the active ranks of CA. They were all gone, only a hand full patrolled Tecumseh, and one particularly stood out to me. Psycosis32, he patrolled day and night alone if he had to, to me he was an ideal soldier who put duty before everything else. Of course this wasn't a healthy thing to do, but I kept him with me as long as possible for he gave me inspiration and the soldiers too.

There is alot more to speak about, but these are the most important points I would like to keep here.

-[Ambitions, Goals, and Work]-

I wish to lead CA to a place where they were recognized again as a formidable force and a true threat if they arrived at your gates. Where their bastions that were their strongholds, were mere obstacles to the waves of fierce CA who had their eyes set on one thing. Victory, and they achieved it somehow or another, whenever capturing their walls and pouring lead/lasers/arrows/themselves/etc.. into the enemy. Or simply their might being shown scared the enemy into submission. Believe it or not this actually did happen, and to CA who's reading, yes we can do this to the enemy.

All of CA was filled the brim with spirit, strength and will, all wanted to serve their group as best as they could. Many did, and few could not let us not blame them, for they truly most of tried hard to fulfil their duties. And to the surprise of many a few of OUR OWN tried working against us. This is a sad reality we may have to face later in the future years of CA.

Of course, I cannot be mad at them, as I am not the perfect example for CA. I was also inactive during the peacetime of my term of the first and 2nd half of the months I was leading. Then I realized I had forgotten what CA did the best, and what the sleeping giant dreamed of during it's slumber.

The glory of war, when our troops hoist the very flag we pledged allegiance to and see our comrades up there cheering us on to fill the enemy fort with more of the uniforms of the green. We warred with RA, with other groups a constant barrage they faced, as CA raided daily and achieved victory every single time til victory was ours.

I have put much too many words and many will skip to the point so alas here are my goals that I plan to achieve overtime, and not immediately unless possible.

-[GOALS FOR CA]-

1. Establish connection to the clan world.
- This will give us additional allies for wartime and create more events (joint raids, trainings, patrols etc...)
- CA has been too isolated from the clan world for too long, it's time to show them we're back.

2. Create a friendly environment for all CA. (LRs and HRs, no exception)
- I will open my inbox for all CA to send their ideas, questions, and messages to. Along with that I offer my help to aspiring officers who were be offered it or request it.

3. Hand picking all Officers .
-This is to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the officer structure and reduce weak points and links.

4. Create more connecting with low ranks.
- To have the officers teach and also learn from the low ranks, a mutual relationship and create comradeship.
- Being friends with your soldiers, help make them more active as it is more encouraging to attend an event where you know you will have fun.

5. Harden the Officer Structure.
- They are our future commander and leaders, let us help them out and offer all help possible.

6. Have CA help form it's ideas, into reality.
- Those so called 'little thoughts' may be something CA needs, go with your gut and send that message!

And the last point is to make CA fun and enjoyable again for myself and all my present and future comrades. Looking forward to fighting with you all, god speed lads.

Im not in CA but I am a Veteran since 2010 and I can confirm Reniko is a good leader. He is actually the very reason why I was active in CA.

- Having allies doesn't only help us in war, but can highly benefit us during peacetime (or preparation time) for we may establish joint projects on bases, tech and generally stuff like that.

[2]. Create a friendly environment for all CA. (LRs and HRs, no exception)

- I will open my inbox for all CA to send their ideas, questions, and messages to. Along with that I offer my help to aspiring officers who were be offered it or request it.

[3]. Hand picking all Officers .

- This is to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the officer structure and reduce weak points and links.

- Also this will tie in with the system noted in [5], as I will personally observe and work with the officer, or have another HIGH COM do so before promotion. To ensure what position and role you best work in and with.

[4]. Create more connecting with low ranks.
- To have the officers teach and also learn from the low ranks, a mutual relationship and create comradeship.

- Being friends with your soldiers, help make them more active as it is more encouraging to attend an event where you know you will have fun.

[5]. Harden the Officer Structure, and further Develop the community.
- They are our future commander and leaders, let us help them out and offer all help possible.

- Note: I will be having a different officer system, that suits people's ability and merit.
Ex. The Lieutenant Rank will function as a 'cadet' rank, and a professional support officer role. Those who are placed in this position are to be respected as well as any other officer.

(Things like this, should be expected for CA, and if you have any ideas/suggestions
please forward them to me!)

[6]. Support Ideas from CA, until they form shape.

- Those so called 'little thoughts' may be something CA needs, go with your gut and send that message!

- Remember, you can truly make a difference in CA, even a so called 'grunt' can possibly kick start CA into another glorious warpath, or a dreadful reform!

[7]. Create a suitable doctrine if needed for CA.

- This is an option/bonus I will offer for CA and will decide if it is needed or not. Voice your opinions via here or messages I will read and respond once I see it.

[8]. Ranking System (General)

- A way back ago, we had a google docs spreadsheet which we held 'points' for promotion. This system was effective, however required dedication from JCS and the spreadsheet mostly fell on the hands of it's creator Surgeiano. I plan to use it once again and dedicate a whole team to it and allow them to freely revamp it and constantly update it with your stats and the way it works to always be friendly to the soldier.

[9]. No Tolerance for insubordination and Hostilities toward each other.

- I expect every one and each of the officers selected (both presently and in the future) be mature and do each task or duty given fully and effectively.

- Also, I will not allow even the smallest of 'rivalry' (unless friendly) or hostile views toward another comrade pass freely. If you wish to have a disagreement settled, always feel free to directly message me or another HR who can settle it.
