Who said small goalies couldn't play goalie? He is 5.10, but that's pushing it he is more like 5.9...
Well tonight is going to answer if small goalies can play goalie or not. Expect 40-50 shots on goal. |

| I think it was already proved that small goalies can play as Dominik Hasek was 5 foot 10 |

| Yeah and Jhonas Enroth who has had good stretches. I am just sick of Canadian hockey analysis saying that small goalies are easier to score on because "of their size." |

| Well small goalies can't do anything about their size though they were born that way...So how is that fair? Do you have to be born tall to get an advantage? |

To be a starting goalie that is under 5ft11 you'd have to be extremely flexible and incredibly agile.
With taller goalies, your size makes up for the lack of agility to compared to more compact bodies.
That is why you often see the best goalies are 6ft1 to 6ft3. They have a great mix. |

| True, but there is strengths and weaknesses to everything, so that must mean there is some kind of strength to being a small goalie. |
