| Why? Because if you knew anything about your group, you would know that to become a high rank, you must be dedicated, showing commitment, and spend alot of time in that group. You must be liked by all - LR, MR, HR's, and most importantly - the owner. |

You probably don't know "law", and you don't need to be a HR, to help. But likewise, no one wants a counselor to be their high ranking officer.
