Training Protocols and Requirements Act of 2015

Preamble: Whereas there were no established guidelines or standards for agency directors or military officers to go by, be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the. United States of America in Congress assembled,
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
SECTION I. SHORT TITLE
(a) This act may be cited as the 'Training Protocols and Requirements Act of 2015'.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
SECTION II. TRAINING PROTOCOLS
(a) Members of the Secret Service are responsible for protecting the most esteemed individuals in the United States government - the President and the Vice President. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include engaging in mock protection detail trials, driving through rough terrain and through road obstacles, being able to think on their feet, and shooting a moving target without harming innocent bystanders.
(b) Members of the National Security Agency are responsible for the collection of foreign intelligence in regard to the nation's security as well as decoding and translating all intelligence from foreign countries. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include analyzing data, distinguishing potential threats and suspicious activity, and obtaining foreign intelligence in a reserved manner.
(c) Members of the Las Vegas Police Department are responsible for enforcing the law, preserving justice, and keeping the citizens of Las Vegas safe. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include driving through rough terrain and through road obstacles, shooting a moving target without harming innocent bystanders, being respectful to the citizens of Las Vegas, and crowd control.
(d) Members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation are responsible for investigating federal crimes committed in the United States and also act as a counterintelligence agency. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include garnering information in respect to a federal crime from victims, suspects, and witnesses, securing a city in the event of a terrorist attack (aka counter-terrorism), driving through rough terrain and through road obstacles, shooting a moving target without harming innocent bystanders, being respectful to the citizens of Las Vegas, and crowd control.
(e) Members of the Marshals Services are responsible for transporting criminals from or to the prisons, protecting judges and protecting the courts, and for engaging in fugitive operations. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include mock protection detail trials, driving through rough terrain and road obstacles, and shooting a moving target without harming innocent bystanders.
(f) Members of the United States Military are responsible for protecting the United States from foreign soldiers as well as United States installments and properties throughout the world. Training protocols for this agency henceforth shall include perpetually completing obstacle courses, shooting a moving target without harming innocent bystanders, driving through rough terrain and through road obstacles, and any other training protocol the Department of Defense deems necessary for the betterment of the United States military.

SECTION III. TRAINING SCHEDULE
(a) Directors, chiefs, and commanding officers of the military are responsible for overseeing and holding trainings for their agency.
(b) The aforementioned agencies (their directors, chiefs, or commanding officers) listed are herein responsible for hosting a minimum of two trainings each week for at least thirty minutes for each training.
(c) Directors, chiefs, and commanding officers of the military failing to discharge these duties may face punishment from their superiors including but not limited to their subsequent firing.

SECTION IV. ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE
(a) This legislation shall take effect immediately if signed into law.
