Okay, so sort of and sort of,sort of not your traditional system. Here is what I've thought up. Raiders and Defenders spawn at equal distance away and same guns of course. You have to get to the other side of the fort that has plenty of cover to get there to the point where you can almost avoid contact.
At the end of the map, there is, in the starting round, a smoke canister. First team that holds this for five minutes spawn a tad bit closer in the next round but will have to hold the next terminal for a longer amount of time to trigger next round.
In place of the smoke canister is a crate that must be held for 10 minutes, or if you spawn closer, 15-20 minutes. After this round, spawns will reset back to the original spawns, but the winning team has a second, moderately more powerful weapon that has a stat that is below the other teams.
The third is an opened crate with something you could portray as a flag(be picked up). When it is picked up, you go a certain walk speed slower. First team that brings this back to their spawn will win the raid.

I of course can't script, but I'm building a fort related to this raid system. Any criticism is appreciated on how to make it better. I kind of just thought this all out so yeah.. Anyways, have at it.

the flaw is how long the whole thing

thats like a 2 hour long raid if you count all the times the other team retakes

tl;dr

round 1 get a smoke canister for closer spawn
round 2 get a crate for better weapon
round 3 bring a flag type thingy to your spawn to win whole game

If the person with the flag dies, will the flag re spawn, if not then it should.

Also change the timing, if its going a lot of open space, the timing should be a bit longer

Okay, make all terminal timers 5-7 minutes. and the second round, closer spawn would hold for 10-15 minutes.

Make the first two rounds very quick and there isn't many flaws.

Flag respawns, draco. And the whole 'Takes around 2 hours' I might overlook or nerf a bit less than what I said.
