National Security Agency Establishment Act ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ To increase security in the United States domestically and protect the citizens, ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION 1. ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Representatives, The National Security Agency shall be established and fulfill the following purposes,
a. The National Security Agency (NSA) shall be established to better protect the United States domestically, and protect its citizens from threats from within.
b. Authority in the NSA shall be vested in the Executive Branch, under the jurisdiction of the Executive Office of the President of the United States, and whomever the President shall appoint to lead the agency. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION 2. HIERACHY.
And be it further enacted, a new hierarchy shall be created to govern the NSA,
a. -President of the United States -Director of National Intelligence -Director -Deputy Director -Analyst
b. The Director and Deputy Director shall be nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the United States Senate. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION 3. DATE OF ENTACTMENT.
a. The National Security Agency shall be established immediately after the motion of establishing it passes the United States Congress, and signed in to law by the President of the United States. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Signed, Patrick Russo President of the United States |
