Rank Reforms; New Ranks
As you may have noticed, I have changed a number of ranks around. It goes as follows;
[RES] Enlist/Inactive [RES] Recruit [1] Private [2] Lance Corporal [3] Corporal [4] Sergeant [5 ] Warrant Officer [6] Officer Cadet [7 - OF] Lieutenant [8 - OF] Captain [9 - OF] Colonel [X] Allied Representative [10 - HRC] High Rank Candidate [11 - HR] Lieutenant General [12 - HR] Major General [13 - HR] General [HiCom] General of the Army [HiCom] Chief of Staff
Sections; R - R stands for Reserves. Basically, its non-official members. In order to get Enlist, you need to join. To get promoted to Recruit, you need the uniform and to show up at a training. Once you've been deemed good enough to be promoted to Private, you will be given full membership to FA. Low Ranks - This is the backbone of FA. LRs are official members of Forfox and are subject to the SOP. In order to get promoted to OF, you need to pass the OF test. OF Cadets - These are people who are training to be Lobby Controllers (LC) and Coordinators (CRD). In order to achieve OF, you need to show maturity at all times. Officers - Officers get to run their own trainings, as long as their supervised by HRs. They also get to LC and CRD trainings. Basically, Lobby Controllers manages lines and enforces basic rules, whereas Coordinators are people who run the exercises during a training. High Rank Candidate - Officers who are chosen because of their maturity, activeness, and skills. More on this rank soon. High Rank - These are the people who are extremely active; they host at least once a week and show up to all trainings if they are online. High Command - Abbreviated "HiCom", High Command picks HRC's and OFC's to get promoted. They also manage the HRs, and discuss war terms. They are the most trusted HR advisors in Forfox.
Sashes - Each sash will be put off sale as of Friday December 12th.
