you can make a localscript that spawns inside the character when he joins/hits the spawn with this code in it ;
dood = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character if dood.Humanoid.Health = "0" then dood.Character.[audioname]:Play()
(replace [audioname] with name of object) then make a script that spawns an audio object inside the player's model each time he respawns.
