1-In-game blocking. Allow us to block those in-game who annoy us. Then we can't see each other's chat and we won't be annoyed by each other! 2-Reconcliation. Once a week, allow both parties to send a Reconcliation Request. If the other party accepts, PM will be enabled, allowing them to settle their differences, however if a particular party decides to spam the other, or continue irritating the other party, it is possible to re-block. |

Idea 2, is generally to let the two parties reconcile. I don't see why it won't work. |
