They make you play through all this nonsense, and so you do, because you're trusting that the game will actually become fun at some point. That time never comes and before you know it, you're near the end of the game and you're just forcing yourself to finish it, assuring yourself that it will be worth it. In the end, it wasn't fun at all. You've been awaiting the exciting, fun part of the game, and all you got was loads of boring, crappy storytelling force-fed to you through a straw.
That's one of the biggest things that got me about the second game. |

| Oh, and it felt like I needed to progress through the game in order to be able to do anything of substance, and in order to do that I was forced to backtrack and grind against countless enemies and run through headache inducing obstacles. It was like a funnel. In the first game the flow was natural and you'd actually want to explore, to go forth and continue the game. It felt natural. |

I thought it was fun. I enjoyed the story... the in the past story. that future crap sucked. 'cept AC:Rouge, that had a great story out of game.
Rouge is the best cos you play as the good guys, the Templar Order are the good guys just to let you know. |

@Awkrin: It's spelt "rogue" you filthy casual.
/main topic/
The first game was good because it was not too far-fetched and they made it very creative. The second one was devoid of life, it just felt mechanical and lifeless. |

I stopped liking the game after they killed off Desmond
I mean, AC3 was great with Connor and all that graphics wise and stuff, but it just didn't have the same feel as the previous ones with Ezio in them |

| I think I liked the first one because Altair was a total enigma. In AC2, everyone already knows who Ezio Auditore de Firenze was, and they did a terrible job at illustrating his mourning after most of his family was killed off. |

I like the naval battles.
I just love that time era. AC:3 was great because of it, AC: Black Flag was wonderful cos pirates, AC: Rogue was flawless cos privateering and you played as the good guys.
Once they added naval crap they got a lot better. |

Heathen.
I really like the colonel naval experience. If we still used Ironclads, and crap I'd totes be in the Navy. |
