my computer has been having extreme trouble maintaining a connection to the internet
i've deduced that it isn't my router and it isn't the ISP
is it ill-advised to just completely reset my computer |

okay i got this
so when microsoft were making the older versions of windows, they had to compile a kernel system under the name of system32
mostly its a directory of apis and function calls, along with some core programs which windows used to use frequently for things like boot processes and as a general api for people making programs
since then theyve updated and redeveloped the executable kernel tho, and system32 is a legacy support system which is out of date if you have windows xp sp3 or newer
there arent many programs which still use the old system32 apis left, since the newer api is much more efficient and allows a lot more things with less function calls
the pnp peripheral engine has especially been optimized, but nearly every other aspect has as well
system32 contains a lot of data that your computer has to sort through constantly, and certain programs which have to run at boot for the legacy support system to work said programs having been shown to be poorly optimized and can sometimes cause major bugs in windows like what youve described
but if you delete system 32, the computer simply doesnt start the legacy api or have to sift through your hdd for all the dll files
so deleting system 32, if you dont use too many legacy programs like netscape or dosbox apps, will dramatically improve your computers performance
(ps dont actually follow that advice youll break your computer) |

idk what to do
i'll run a few more programs to check and make sure it isn't a virus or spyware
if that doesn't work i'll reset my computer
if the issue persists then i know it's a hardware issue |
