| So my brother was hacked, and I sent them an email yesterday at 10:30 PM EST. It's been nearly 24 hours, should I send them another e-mail? I check all the inboxes and still nothing. |

| When my other brother got hacked, they responded the next day, early AM. If they don't respond by tomorrow, I'm probably going to call them up. |

Everything that happens on your account is your own responsibility. Appeals won't work for bans.
If you got hacked and you din't got banned, you have to send them proof the account is yours. If you paid for something like BC or robux, tell the ID of the payment.
Also you may not help your brother, your brother has the send the e-mail, not you. |

| Yes but why is it so important to get the account back? If it had any credit/debit cards or ROBLOX cards that can help you with proof of owning the account. |

| The ROBLOX headquarters should have a phone number you can call. Just talk with them over the phone. |
