Currently, we have one legitimately active regiment.
Really.
One, Special Air Service.
We have at least 20+ officers whom do not have personal nor regimental experience, and whose only qualification to be an officer is that they did a training a month ago.
I request the making of new regiments, particularly to have the officers actually do something instead of being sacks of worthless potato. Wait no, correct that, potatoes are more useful. And for the recruits to have a chance to actually fulfill their MOS's.
These regiments include:
Royal Australian Regiment (Infantry) 1st Aviation Regiment (Aviation) 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment (Sappers) 2nd Cavalry Regiment (Cavalry)
A recruit MUST be in a regiment to be promoted in anything. Upon when a regiment gets 15 legitimately active members, we create another unit of that type (Say the Royal Australian Regiment gets 15, we will then make the Royal Victoria Regiment).
Also, an officer must be in a regiment to maintain his or her rank, I request that this rule is not only enforced, but that the officers be given a week to send a request to a regiment of their choosing. |
