in ROTC we do our PT like this:
Get a deck of cards and shuffle them and put them on a table. Each suit represents a different workout.
Spades - Push ups Hearts - Sit ups Clubs - Mountain climbers Diamonds - V ups
Now, once you pull a card from the deck and you get something like a 10 of spades; you do 10 pushups. If you get a 3 of hearts you'd do 3 sit ups.
The goal is to do it non stop with few breaks until you can get until the end of the deck, or at least farther in the deck than you did last time. I can make it until only about 17 cards are remaining, that's my record. It really depends on whether or not all the high or low numbered cards are on the top of the deck.

Ben you do know that starving yourself is completely pointless. If you don't eat, your body enters starvation mode and burns bodyfat for energy. Once you start eating again, everything you eat turns into fat.

Or just don't eat for a couple of days. [2]
I just eat the bare minium for a few days
And I do a mixture of suicide runs, push ups and set pull ups
I literally push myself until I feel like I'm gonna pass out or throw up, then I take a break and do it all over again. |

You all are talking about losing weight. This is an exercise. Some people don't need to lose weight but want to get stronger, and this helps.

if you want to exercise just exercise
either do a short intense workout or a long easy pace workout
and eat a bunch of carbs and high protein foods
idk why you need a deck of cards to work out |

You're missing the point of this, this is just an interesting way to exercise and it helps if you don't know what exercises to do.

just think of any exercise off the top of your head, or exercises that would work on areas you need work on and put them with a certain suit
all hearts are sit ups so if you pull a 6 of hearts you do 6 sit ups
you keep pulling out cards from the deck and keep doing the exercising testing yourself to see how far you can go
that's the point of this
