| It's actually what brought me here. As I have shared with a close friend on here, I started out programming 6 years ago with C#, and C++ eventually dabbling about with OpenGl, learning Java and XML to develop Android apps, and hosting private servers for popular MMORPGs. The private servers got shut down for copyright infringement and I have always wanted an MMO: a game that shares multiple users that play your creation simultaneously. Unfortunately, this takes 10+ years to learn in any other language. Roblox provides us the means and the platform. So here I am, almost 2 weeks into programming and happy to be here with a willingness to learn to create a great game! |

| I don't know really. I liked to cheat a lot, so after I stopped being a skid with Cheat Engine I looked at trainers in VB. I liked the idea, tried it out and found I had an aptitude for scripting. |

So, later on when I got bored I decided hey let's do stuff and then I found Java and I was like hey this is cool, and then I found C# and used it.
I got into programming because I was good at it. I kept doing it and looking at new things because I liked it. |

| I've wanted to make a game ever since I was a child, I wanted to program my own game. I searched on google "make your own game" and I found ROBLOX. Today, I still want to program. |

lel, roblox got me into it.
just recently i've been looking into python/ruby, and i dunno what other language to learn with those 2.
if i end up not doing what i want to do when i grow up, then i plan on going into game development or something like that.
and i'm not sure what you would use ruby for, some told me it's for web development and stuff like that, but i want to makes games with it. should i ditch ruby then? |

| @instawin ruby is VERY demanding jobs these days. Especially Ruby On Rails. Keep with it and thank me for it later. |

| I decided to learn how in 2010 after trying to make games with free models and being disappointed with the results. That's why Roblox shouldn't try to improve the free model system like they did recently with featured items. The better free models are, the less people will want to do their own work. |
