Ok, So here is what i need to know:
1. function onChatted(message, player) after i set up this function, how to i tell it to fetch the player and respawn him to a different location then the one where he ususally respawns. Note i mean respawn not teleport.
2. How to i tell the game to fetch the weapons from a location and give them to the player after he respawns.
3. Also how do i create a command that when said it randomply assigns a player to a team either RED or BLUE however keep the teams balanced.

well to balance you'd have to get the # of players on each team then use an if statement

| well you could monitor players health and if if goes below 1 place a weapon in their startergear |

1. use LoadCharacter method on the ' player ' parameter
2. w = weapon:Clone() player.CharacterAdded:wait() w.Parent = player.Backpack ?

P.S. He saw a bit of code, pasted in his output and was disappointed when it came up with and error.
