About advertisement: We currently got 100k+ tix in our group funding, which will be spend when the new ads are done.
About war: We would war clans when we're actually active again, it's pointless to go to war when a clan isn't super-active. It'd be pointless and not fun for neither side. |

Simple
1) Get a new active leader 2) Officer and HR reforms. Only keep the active ones. 3) Don't promote more officer right away, look at them over time. 4) Do this during reforms and before, but new tech. 5) Make sure the ways of promotion are fair 6) Hold trainings that are fun but also strict. 7) Repeat this and yeah, but new tech is a winner

Get new active HR's from all over the world, different timezones = more activity from each HR.

get rid of fruit and give it to someone who's actually active and a good leader, that might help ya out.
or use incentives to get people to show up to events and host in popular timezones like GMT and EST
OH OH OH and get a better advance-to-hr system, the whole election thing is a popularity test lol |
