The only good part of the above build is the GPU. Otherwise it's garbage. Junk. Yuck |

| I'm in the process of a build that I am doing for $507, and runs bf4 at a pretty good frame rate, at about 45-50 fps running amd multicore. Of course my graphics card is running me about $250. |

>Don't get APU. Those are cheaper for a reason >Don't spend on a GPU, since yours is nice enough already. Get an Intel chip and a new mobo. >Get a better PSU, I suggest at least 100W more than how much you need. >At least 1TB HDD. >6-8GB 2x4 RAM |

'>Don't get APU. Those are cheaper for a reason'
lol >implying anything that is value-oriented is bad
not everyone can buy "expensive" things just to game, they just want somthing that works, and somthing that is playable, even at low - medium settings on a 1080p monitor. nothing fancy.
for people who don't have much to spend, this is a really good for them.
considering the parts he choose for his "new rig" aren't very expensive, I'm pretty sure he's on a tight budget hence the reasoning op doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a Intel solution and then blow his other half of the money on a motherboard.
although I'm against op having "dual graphics" (apu + gpu), it's alright.
although, he couldn't waited, and gotten another gpu for crossfire. |

| You need a 500w power supply to power the whole desktop. The graphics card I am getting wants that amount too. |

lol no.
on the box, it on your card, it must've said "500w power supply" just to be safe, but honestly, he'll be good with a 350w or even a 400w |

Oh yes. I'm so sorry that I'm telling him not to get an APU with a GPU. What a waste it would have been if he got an AMD CPU instead. Oh my, oh my. I'm an idiot aren't I?

>get better CPU since it will bottleneck GPU, or just get a cheaper GPU. Or, you know, both.
>cheaper case if possible. This is only a matter of preference. >Seagate 1TB are cheap |

@Wifi, if you're talking about the 860k. It won't bottleneck the R9 270.
Although the CPU might be an issue for poorly optimized games. |

lad you'll be better off with a Athlon II X4 860K.
the am1 series has a time and place, but gaming is not one of them.. |
