Hello, fellow board members and friends!
Please take some time to read the following forum created by our very own secretary, Ben!
As a Board Member, you are expected to be a role model and represent Kestrel. It is vital that all BoD fulfill their jobs to a more than satisfactory quality; to strive for greatness.
----- Jobs of the Board
- Be helpful and respectful to all customers and employees. - Go to the Home Store regularly. - Attend interviews and trainings as much as possible. - Attend and participate in all Board meetings. - Come up with innovations to benefit Kestrel.
Activity is key in Kestrel; if you are not active within the group, then you are not doing your job. -----
----- Behavior of a Board Member
No profanity or provocative language or display in any Kestrel place (including the Kestrel Professional Chat). No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or fighting. Be professional.
Any other violation of established rules will not be tolerated. -----
If a Director’s behavior gets out of hand or if they are not doing their job, it makes a bad image for the Board and Kestrel itself. Consequences or punishments may ensue, such as a suspension or even a demotion. In addition, reforms are always possible.
