═════════════════
Yes, Some of these you did in the trial to get into Air Force. All That was to See if you are eligible.
You are not Considered A Pilot Until you Make Bravo Squad. Echo Is The Cadet Squad.
When Promoting people, Skip The Officer ranks.
Times and Tests may Change to Accommodate a pilots Skill.
You may only take test once a day. And if you pass/fail, You have to wait for the next day to do that test.
Test may and or may not be held everyday depending on How many are online. Most likely Tests Will be held On Weekends.
You are not eligible for an officer rank till Alpha Sergeant.
If a trainer Shouts [Training], a Training is where you want to be to get better. So when you take the tests (Trainer Will Shout [Test]) You are more likely to Pass.
You can earn a Promotion for doing excellent at the FOB. This is How: -DO Well Defending the FOB in a Helicopter While a AAFC is in the server, -A Officer or a trainer recommends you. But, ~You are only Eligible for it if the Raid was an Official raid By a major group. ~And the Defense Was Tough.
The Trainer/Officer may Not Inform You that they Recommended you, So no one Has Bragging Rights Or Is Being Favorited.
═════════════════ Section Ⅲ{Squad Rules} ═════════════════
These Rules are Simple Rules. The Most Basic they can get. -As an Air force member Your Duty is to Protect the Sky Above the FOB. You Don't Just Join the Air force and Not Defend. -No Flaming.(Flaming=Insults/Threats) -No Immaturity that is Out of the Way.(Out of the way=Interrupting a Training,Trial;Disobeying Orders;etc....) -Obey All Orders Given to you By a Officer or Trainer+. -No Disrespect towards Others. -No branch Rivalry. -No Shaggy, Packages. -Always Wear a Uniform Of USSF at USSF Related places. -Do Not interfere with someone else test. -If SSOO(Stay Silent Obey Orders) is in affect, Always say PTS(Permission to Speak) Before talking out. -Respect all to be respected. -Do not Suck up to HR's. -Never Act out of Line. -No Slander. -No Threats. -No Branch Hopping. -No Being in VC and AF At the same time. -No Trialing for VC While being Air force and Vice Versa. -No Bribes, No Free passes.
We can have Fun, But without all the bad stuff.
Violating these rules may Result in a demotion. If you are Demoted You have to retake that test again. Repeated demotions may Result in Exilement. We Will Not Tolerate Rule Breakers.
New Rules can and will be created at anytime.
Backlisting Is Monitored by Monekyfraz, The only ways to get backlisted are -Being Exiled for Repeated Bad Behavior. -Constantly PMing a Trainer+ to host a Trial. -Disrespecting a Core HR. -Being an Overall bad Pilot at the FOB. -Branch Hate. -Branch Hopping. -etc.
Always Be Active. If you are Inactive for to Long, You may be Exiled to make room for more.
═════════════════ Section Ⅳ{High Ranks/Officer's} ═════════════════
Officers, This section is just for you.
No officer can have admin except for Alpha officers and this only when they are hosting a supervised trial that can only be supervised by an AAFC. Otherwise officers are assistants at tests, trials, and training's. But, officers can only assist tests for their squad. This prevents an Echo officers from doing an Alpha privates test. Other than that, just help trainers regulate AF during a trial/training.
Our High ranks are Our most proud members. They have shown Lots of leadership, and have a will to teach those deemed Unteachable.
[Trainer] Currently Our trainers Host everything. Trials and training's. With this Forum being posted. They Will: ~Possible things that can be hosted~ -[Training] Tests For {All Squads,Echo,Bravo,Alpha(May select Two)} -[Training] Branch Training going over everything one should know to pass Tests. -[Event] Events can only Be Held with the permission of a AF Assistant Commander+. They will Usually have to be done by 2 Or more trainers. -[Test] For Certain Rank/Ranks(Ex. [Echo] Cadet Tests Only) -[Trial] AF Trial for New cadets.
Trainers. There is a Max Limit of 35 [Echo] Cadets. If it reaches this limit Stop Hosting trials. And host some Tests. Once the Limit is down to 10 Or Bellow Trials may once again be Hosted. We don't want the Cadet rank filling up like it has in the past year. If it Fills up like that, It is hard to determine who is active and who isn't even trying.
[Assistant AF Commander]- (AAFC) Does all that the Trainers do..... But with More responsibility's.
As AAFC, We all Contribute to AF In Our Own Way. Our main goal Is to ensure activity and Stability of the USSF AF.
═════════════════ Section Ⅴ{HR Rules} ═════════════════
Trainers: -You are Expected to Be as Active as you Possibly Can. -When it isn't your trial/training/test, Ask to provide Admin Assist. -Do not Use Unnecessary admin. -I expect you to make Executive decisions when it comes to tests. Be strict, Don't go easy. -Do Not Fall for tricks or Suck-ups. There is No Excuse for Failing. They can always try again.
AAFC: -Do Not Exile Anyone without Consulting other AAFC's. Make Sure it is Okay, and there is No Misunderstanding. -DO not Demote someone without them breaking the rules.
Before Demoting Someone always Warn them once or twice before demoting them, if their Behavior Persists Come to a AAFC to Speak about it.
HRs, Will have a Hand Book on Ideas and how a proper Quick training/Test should go.
Any question, concerns, or tips for this forum. Please PM me. No Hate Messages please.
