| So, on June (idk which day) 2014, me and my mom got a new router, so when i decided to play some ROBLOX, the instances froze and wouldn't load, at the end it would say "You have lost connection to the game.". This problem has been going on for 6 months, and i couldn't fix it no matter what, the only solution to play is to go to my neighbors... (PS my internet speed is 5 MB, and on my old router it was like... 4 or 2... Please tell me how to fix this...) :( |

Your internet speed is 5 Mbps. This isn't set by your router, it's set by your Internet Service Provider.
Your router almost certainly has a firewall active, which is blocking ROBLOX's traffic. See if you know anyone who can go into your router's administration portal and disable this firewall. |
