You need proteins from meats. Grilled Chicken is a good, healthier alternative that still tastes good. |

ITS ALL WIFES TALES.
Kale has what you need, if you can get some, that's like the vegetarians stake, trust me I've looked into these things. Also small meals and eat really slowly to get maximum fullness. |

I agree with you, don't get me wrong. I also like meat, its fun to cook. However for the OP's sake, I've stated another way of getting the required nutrients from the valley of greens and the malachite colored forests. |
