| Can you give a specific amount of how much you want to pay? Not exactly sure where low to medium ranges. |

| Just going to throw out there that 400-500 is like the bare minimum needed for a decent tier pc |

As far as I know gta4 was horribly unoptimized. Rockstar might do a better job this time though.
You can find the MINIMUM requirements online, just bear in mind that most of those parts listed are not widely sold anymore. You'll have to buy them used or something. |

@asd Minimum requirements should never be trusted. |

@WiFiKing
Okay? Your point is?
Since the game hasn't actually been released on the PC yet no one knows for sure what works and what doesn't. Minimum specs are a place to start, I never said they should be explicitly followed word for word. After all, they are MINIMUM requirements.
I also don't see any evidence backing up your claim |

And this

I can run Forest rather well on my Acer laptop. Just saying that just because the minimum says that your computer can't run it doesn't mean it's true. Didn't mean to come out offending you.

Well he'd probably want something better anyways. Let's be honest. GTA V proooobably won't run the best on a 400$ rig. I mean at that point you might be better off buying a console.
Who knows maybe Rockstar will do some magic. After all, they did somehow get the game on the X360 and PS3 which is actually pretty amazing.
Also I probably was overreacting. Just a bit tired from school that's all, sorry. |

| A $400 dollar PC can still be pretty powerful (some say it can run better than the current next gens, or even possibly better but I'm not entirely convinced). With the extra mods that will come out like Carmageddon and Tsunami and all those good stuff, I'm still pretty convinced that getting the PC version is a better deal, even though it may or may not run on slightly worse settings. |
