My final words to Allied Airborne,
Allied Airborne was a group which I respected and loved. I always believed Allied Airborne was my home, my shelter, and my family. I remembered when I first joined, I was like many others. I joined for that VIP at the D-Day game and thought the group was amazing. I worked my way up to the top in 3 months. I was fully commited, and only commited to Allied Airborne and her soldiers. Back then, this group promoted activity, leadership, achieved a lot and saw a time of huge growth. However, it pains me to say that I must say my goodbye. Possibly my last.
This group is no longer what it used to be. I remember the days where high ranks could relax and do their job right, with no threat of losing their job for no reason above their head. I remember the days where trainees didn’t have to get yelled at and eagerly follow the officers to learn. I remember the days where officers didn’t yell and struggle for power. If people currently officers in AA read this, they will deny every word I say, but I believe AA is falling apart, and decaying. Slowly, but surely. It didn’t begin a long time ago, but it has started, and I doubt it will end.
The day I was demoted from the second in command to a private, I was shocked and hurt. I was very bitter, but I didn’t show it. I had no thoughts of rebellion, but just a chance to earn my rank back. I was accused on false charges of rebellion (it achieves NOTHING) and “my abuse of powers.” (Thanks to some HRs, I won’t name). I thought Tony would see the justice and give me an apology and repromote me. Boy, was I wrong on all counts. It was a bitter struggle for 2 weeks, and by then, AA was on its way to the bottom.
I came back, after being exposed to various clans (RAT, USM, TRA thanks). I realized how behind and disorganized we were unlike other super clans. Of course, Allied Airborne branded me as a traitor, Tony banning me from all servers/refusing to talk to me, and “purges” that ended in the exile of 5 HRs (Steve and Ben, sorry buds. You were good HRs that didn’t deserve your exile). The ranks of AA were changed, so only 4 ranks were considered ranks, which led to huge fights and hostility between HRs (Most HRs above General would disagree, but I witnessed it, and so did many others). I came back, and I was hopeful. This was my 3rd stint (1st was retirement, 2nd was a come back and then an exile for false charges) in AA. I thought surely Tony and the higher ups would reconsider. Did they? Nope.
AA started a war against an enemy we were not ready for. Following nearly a dozen of defeats, I finally managed to squeak out a victory in my first day back (as a Colonel). I saw what I thought AA needed and tried to push it forward. I implemented tactics and other reforms. But of course, none of them could take effect due to my position. I was respected, but also ignored. I was generally left alone. I did my own thing, implementing the new battle holo (which the trainees loved cause the guns) and platoon tactics. But HRs of course, as always, ignored my new variety and stuck to the bootcamp and “training” trainees. I was literally at the edge then and what drove me off the edge was what happened just yesterday. Fudge and a couple of others were demoted, upon false charges again. There is no justice in this group, only vegenance. I saw that yesterday when I saw one of the best Generals I saw rise (and I trained myself), written off in one stroke of a mouse. I was so done. “With liberty and justice for all” is my motto, and both didn’t exist in AA. At least, not anymore.
I was accused for promoting people to high ranks, unfair and bias to people, and abusing admin. First off, I just checked the audit log, and it showed Comrade (no offense) promoting someone to a high MR and no one gives two damns. For me, I promoted someone that high, I was literally out of the group within the hour. Unfair and bias? Everyone is bias, but I tried to be unbias as much as possible. Abusing admin? Watch an AA training and you’ll understand the meaning within 5 minutes. How many HRs will it take for AA to finally realize that these “reforms” aren’t benefiting them, but hurting them? How many Generals, Colonels, Co-Chief of Staff, need to be demoted in order for AA to see the threat to our group’s stability? HRs being accused falsely, trainees being abused, how much longer did I need to witness this? Not anymore, and I can’t take it anymore. After I saw Mrdime (demoted for going on A PLANE WHEN TONY WAS DRIVING IT, justice right?), Fudge (Active, host trainings, effective leader, says one bad comment, boom, private), walkerr (real life problems apparently doesn’t apply to AA), etc. were demoted, I figured I would be next. I was ignored for my possible promotion to General and I could almost guarantee a false charge would come upon me and get me demoted. So I am leaving before I am seen as a traitor (again, thanks HRs) in Allied Airborne’s group. I would prefer to be remembered as the General I was, leading AA to victory, then be branded as a traitor upon false charges. So I will be leaving. Possibly for the final time. And next time we meet, I’m sure I won’t be leading you, but possibly someone else. I hope AA good luck. And wishing that HRs would stop fighting and get their act together.
I’ll be moving to RAT/UAF/USM. They are some great groups (espicially RAT’s tech, oh my gosh). I’ll be around, but 100% guaranteed Ill be marked as a traitor once more.
My final notes for my good friends: TonyGroce: What do I have to say? Thanks for putting me as 2ic. You should consider the new HR system though, its not working. Also, don’t demote people upon false charges… Dusekkin: Thanks for getting me Colonel back, but its not worth staying anymore. Thanks for all you have done and keep on leading. Schames: Schames, nothing to say. You used to be chill, but probably only cause I was a higher rank. Now, you’re just a total ***** to me and ignore me. No offense. FudgeIsBack: My student. My padawan. I’m hecka sorry you got demoted. You didn’t deserve it, and neither did the others. I hope you earn your rank back eventually. Still hang with me in RAT <3. SirHenryJonesSherman: The one dude that understood me and a person I respect. You have high potential and good leadership, live up to it. I hope you thrive in AA as a leader. Bahll: Good luck as a General. Hope you don’t get demoted (not even kidding). I wish the best luck for you. BanditRyan: I also wish you the best of luck. You’re a good leader to be respected. Just, dont’ fight too much. ComradeJacob: Um.. Thanks. We were good friends. But you sorta, kinda helped me get exiled. I still thank you for being with me. But still…. MasterofWar10: Have fun, and I hope you get promoted. The most sensible, logical HR. You actually know what you’re doing. Keep it up! Mramazing1253: A good HR, and I hope you make it eventually to the top. Just, don’t use your admin too much lol. juanday321fr: I remember you as a good MR that took orders very well. You’re disciplined and ready for a promotion. Just be active and keep up the good work.
My final goodbye. Thank you all.
-Ex-General Okmangeez, Ex-Head of Special Forces, Ex-Overseer of the Navy, Airforce, and Armored Divisions, Ex-Head of Diplomacy.

I agree with the HR statement, I've tried to fix it, many limitations stop me from the potential, If I was Tony, I would fix it. I will miss you, come back and visit us, you are always welcome, good luck out there, I might join you soon.

Enjoy your retirement man, sorry to hear this. I remember you promoting me to Pvt2 for my efforts in D-Day. Thanks to that, it made me hit it off with the group. Good luck!

Goodbye sir, I know you are not "Sir" anymore to me, but I always felt you were higher. You were a great leader and a credit to AA. I always looked up to you. You will be dearly missed. I hope you come back again.
