Ladies and Gentlemen of the United States Senate here assembled,
The President has transferred to us his nomination of Vice President. Under the 25th, we must approve his nomination of Jcmand to the office of Vice President of the United States before he can take up office. The House is also required to vote, but will do so on a seperate thread.
Senators, your vote?

Nay, many of the people have come to me and shown me that Jcmand is not fit for VPOTUS.

Jcmand too much power and influence. He's been in all three branches of government. There are many friends to be made; friends that can keep him in high positions no matter what he does. I don't like that.
Also, why did Path choose a vice president anyway...? e.e |

I don't do this for power.
Is it a problem I'm over qualified?
Sure, I'm well connected with the current administration and almost everyone. You know why? Because they respect me and my choices. Because they know I'm fit for the job.

If I'm failing with my duties or otherwise cannot execute them,
I will step down as I did from Speaker.

Yes, it is a problem that you're overqualified.
"Because they respect me and my choices. Because they know I'm fit for the job. "
Which in turn will cause bias and leniency when you get caught doing something bad like a scandal or something. |

If I'm failing in my duties,
I'll step down as I previously did to end my record setting term as Speaker and Dean of the House of Representatives.

You like don't even have any duties as VP lol.
Your largest duty is being the President of the Senate. Even then, you can preside as vote only to break a tie. Nowadays, the VP doesn't even attend those meetings anymore. The Senate just votes for a President Pro Tempore. |

| Your other duty is something about the Electoral College, but that has no significance on ROBLOX. |

Rare.
You're speaking to the person who'se stood up to Nightgaladeld, and in his face told him he was wrong.
You're speaking to the person who had the oppurtunity to seize the Presidency, but allowed the incumbent Vice President assume the role.
You're speaking to the person who led the charge on the Congressional cracking down on abuse.
Jcmand is the most qualified person for Vice President, and I can assure you that he's the best candidate for the role.

The VPOTUS has two main duties.
As President of the Senate, he presides over all Senate Sessions, except those in which he cannot attend. Jcmand's experience as Speaker of the House and his known schedule of rapid-fire Sessions back him up on this front.
As Vice President, he co-heads the Executive Branch. He, along with the President, works to keep the Branch in working order. This is the task most VPs rather foolishly invest their time into, as this position gives more ''power'' to the VP. This is why, often, a PPT is needed. However, Jcmand has shown he has no taste for ultimate power.

You do realize the VP cannot participate unless there is a tie, right?
There are almost never ties.
There are only 3 constitutional duties the VP has.
