As we should all know, the description means 20. But what does 20 have to do with the title? Let me explain;
The number 20 represents a number of something, in terms with a 'short supply', or the other speculated word 'limited'. Limiteds are items which you can purchase on the catalog and sell back to others, either to gain profit or loose cash. Since there is a certain amount, each hat is marked with a serial that represents the copy of the item you got; Unless the item went limited instead of being released directly as a limited. Some people suggest you need a #20 of some limited, but some limiteds don't even have a #20 at all; therefor concluding that it cannot be referring to a limited item. In the other half of the name, it references 'of short supply' which means of little amount. The little amount can differ depending on the scale of the object or group it's trying to reference, making this a bigger puzzle to solve - forcing me to go deeper into this algorithm of pain and torture; but hang on, we're almost done.
