450w psu might be a little low, especially if you're looking to upgrade in the future
a corsair cx 750m is cheaper than that psu and is also an extra 300w so lawl
same complaints as before in terms of cpu and gpu. i really, _really_ don't like amd cpus because they run so hot you can use your computer as a space heater. amd quality is absolute garbage and isn't worth your money.
760 is sufficient if you're not looking to max out graphics on games and you're running a 60hz monitor |

changes: 1) get a corsair cx 750m 2) toss the gtx 760 and don't get a dedicated gpu. save up or get a 970 for your birthday/christmas another time 3) get an i7 4790k and socket 1150 mobo with the money saved
done
you now have an op streaming rig and a rig in the future that can run almost everything on maxed graphics
you need to realize that building a pc means you will be upgrading it in the future. you will not be simply throwing together a computer that you're going to stick with for life. to get a really good build that can stand the test of time and get solid streaming out of, you need an intel mobo and cpu. forfeit the gpu temporarily and get a new one later. |

my brother has an amd cpu and amd gpu and he absolutely regrets getting either of them
they're terrible for the quality and really just aren't good in the grand scheme of things
nvidia and intel are a bit more expensive but they're so much better and more reliable |
