■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ SQUAD OPERATIONS INFORMATION ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
Commander in Charge will be the person in charge of all Squad Operations through a patrol or raid. It is based on who is the highest rank currently stationed there. When a higher rank enters the play, he/she does not immediately take over squad operations. To ensure no complications go, basically through (High Ranks only) "First come, First served" This is to ensure that squads will maintain their objectives and not randomly go to something else entirely. But a higher rank, than the current CinC, can order the CinC to have the squads do something.
During all patrols and or Raids, All [Group] personnel units will be put into 4 man teams, with a squad captain commanding each squad. You will obey the orders your squad captain no matter if you agree or disagree with the order. Orders are made and given for a reason.
Squad Captains are chosen before patrols or raids begin. You will line up in front of your CinC before anything else. To ensure for everyone to know who their squad leader is, only CinC will be talking with squad leaders, and no one else of the squad entirely. Unless Squad Captain is unavailable, next in line shall take over as Squad Captain, until the former captain of the squad returns to resume command, unless he/she leaves the place and rejoins later on - therefore he/she cannot resume command.
IF no gun stores, givers, classes, or selection gui is given at the place then you will be an ordinary squad member. But teamwork is to your survival. You do not go in alone unless your CinC, Squad Leader, or an officer of a higher rank than your Squad leader says to.
Your squads will be called out by: Squad A - Squad B - Squad C so on and so forth, no special names, or codenames are permitted, this will give confusion and stall operations.
The CinC (Commander in Charge) will be in charge of all squads and their patrol routes, Squad Captains will take over command of the squad in any combat situation and then report back with CinC for further orders after the combat. Squad Captains can even take over patrol routes of the squad if it involves within the combat situation, and yet sometimes it is best to sneak around than pick a fight.
If a squadmate is down/dead and or unavailable, please report in with your CinC for orders. Do not make the choice yourself whether to continue on with the mission or fall back.
Squad has-If any weapon classes 1iC[Squad Captain]-Leads the squad 2iC[Scout]-Advancement Unit, Secondary PasFire 3iC[Turn Support]-Gives the SupFire support, assisted with the Squad Captain 4iC[Rear Support]-Rear of the line - Keeps eyes out for enemies in all directions
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ SQUAD TYPES ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
Team > 2-3 soldiers Squad > 4-8 soldiers [Lead by Squad Captain] Platoon > 9-17 soldiers [Lead by Platoon Leader, who orders the 2 Squad Captains] Company > 19+ soldiers [Lead by Company Major, who orders Platoons and Squad leaders]
In each team there will be one person on sword duty, which must keep sight of anyone getting too close of threat with melee, and deal with it - The other will be on bow duty, keeping eyes zoomed out for targets far or hidden, and deal with it.
In each squad there will be one people on sword duty, when it comes to it, one on bow duty, constantly, one person on mapping (To tell where known allies and enemies are located, who is also the man to fall back to get more help, or scout forward and take the risk to find the enemy) and Finally one person on Leadership to guide the squad.
In each Platoon, it's just as 2 squads, but with another Leader to command both on location and objective, squad captains will take charge to when combat happens.
In each company, it's just as 2 platoons (or 4 squads) which will guide main conflict and split the platoons on different objectives to achieve.

The Flank in which direction they are posted with depends on where they stand in line.
When Flanks are called: "(Direction) Flank Break!" Depending on the direction, 1/4 of the squad will advance in their posted direction.
Each of these members, depending on the direction of their flank, Is also charged with making sure that direction is clear for the rest of the squad.
If an enemy is sighted in their direction then the trooper will call out:
"TG Left" "TG Right" "TG Rear" "TG Front"
This will ensure that everyone in the squad is noted that an enemy, that they possibly did not see, is in the area of that direction.
Example if there are 4 or more (In STS): 25% of the Left End will guard left flank 25% of the Left Center will guard front flank 25% of the Right Center will guard rear flank 25% of the Right End will guard right flank
Example if there are 4 or more (In Forward March-NonSFL): 25% of the Upper left corner will guard left flank 25% of the Upper right corner will guard front flank 25% of the Lower left corner will guard rear flank 25% of the Lower right corner will guard right flank
Example if there are 4 or more (In Forward March-SFL): 25% of the Middle Rear will guard left flank 25% of the Front will guard front flank 25% of the Rear Center will guard rear flank 25% of the Middle Front will guard right flank
