An afterlife that doesn't exist in any real religion?

Yeah, but I thought it would be offensive to everyone with a religion that has an afterlife, because it's pretty much saying that all their religions are fake. Right?

If I publish a book, I don't want it being boycotted because some religious people were offended by it.

@Gegen
The type of people who'd get offended at it are the same type who'd get offended at literally any element of a fantasy story. |

Would the Christians boycott it? I have a bad feeling that devout Christians would call it Satanic because it includes an afterlife that isn't Christian, advocates science, and has magic in it.

@Randomnessu: I guess you're right. Only the people trying to get offended would be offended by it. It's just a fantasy story.

@Gegen We aren't in the medieval ages anymore, and even then barely anyone would do it. Look, even Christians support evolution and the big bang, they are the most open and loving religion out there. <-- In my opinion.

@PyrrhusII: In my opinion, Christianity isn't a very open and loving religion. I was disowned by my father because of his Christian ideals. Well, I know that there are nice Christians, but I've just had a lot of bad experiences with them. It's probably just me.

@Gegen Although I am a militant with the Catholic Church, meaning I will kill in the name of Christ against 1sl4m. I say one thing:
Those who truly hate without reason do not know love, therefore do not know Christ. Right?

If we were going by that, I'd say there are only a few Christians, and most people who said they were Christians wouldn't be. But honestly, I truly disbelieve about anything based on the No True Scotsman fallacy.

@Gegen There is prejudice, I am sure. But true hate is through death and threats. Rarely Christians will do things such as that, unless their religion is being threatened by external {Islamic} forces.
I have a prejudice against Islam.

There are good Christians and bad Christians. We can't just call all the bad Christians fake.
