The State of the Nation
Written by Associate Justice Jcmand
The United States is a rapidly declining nation. We were founded on a structure based on democracy. Today, our nations two highest leaders that control the entire executive branch of the government were not elected by the American republic.
Today, we are faced with a failing judicial branch, with a declining legislative branch, and an all powerful executive branch without clear leadership. Today the challenges we face we can only hope to overcome if we are truly united as a nation.
Our most prestigious court and our Congress are constantly at eachother's throats; fighting. Instead of progressing the nation we are stuck with a conflicting nation. A nation in which the government is fighting itself. And eventually, the government will collapse on itself.
The Judicial Branch isn't much of a branch. It's made up of a few justices and judges with the power of issuing AoS warrants. That's all the Judicial branch is. Cases are extremely rare. The few times the judicial branch takes up a fight, it's versus another branch of government which usually ends up being the legislative branch. The AoS power must be mandated in some way. Because the power of AoS derives from other ro-nations. Right now, if you are AoS'd you can't really do anything besides rack up arrests at cities. It's up to Congress to create a clear way to appeal AoS warrants.
If there was one word that I would use to describe the judicial branch, it would be unorganized. Because it's true. In our nation, we have two courts. The Federal Court and then the Supreme Court. The try to start a Court of Appeals failed, because there are no cases to appeal in the first place. Henceforth, the Supreme Court cannot hear any cases. The solution to this problem is simple. The Judicial Branch needs to come together and clearly lay out instructions for how to submit a case. Then, the judges need to get off their lazy arse and hold the trial. This whole thing revolves around the people, though. If people continue to complain without pressing any charges, nothing can be done. If an appeal court is too much, all any cases to be appealed directly to the Supreme Court from the federal court. Hopefully, this will burst activity within the judicial branch and give it something better to do than yelling at Congress.
Moving onto the legislative branch, leadership is poor. There is a rookie speaker in office and a President of the Senate that is also managing the entire executive branch. Parties continue to battle for control while there are no majority or minority whips in all of Congress. The Senate only has a majority leader, while the House has two inactive leaders. None of these leaders have even decided to appoint whips yet, and their term is almost expired.
I've never really agreed with the whole concept of an entire branch of government dedicated to creating legislature. Because when elections come around, it's who did the most. And usually, that means passing bills that actually limit our freedom.
I wish that Congress would work on something else instead of fighting back at their balance, the Supreme Court. We have a lot of issues, why ignore those and attack the Supreme Court? As I said before, we can only overcome these issues united as a nation. Fighting tears our nation apart, at the core.
Instead of working together, the legislative and judicial branch fight. This causes our nation to bleed.
If we want to continue much longer as a nation, we have no choice but to compromise. We have no choice but to come together to heal this nation, or this nation will not stand much longer.
Ending with the final branch, arguable the most powerful, it's time for the review on the Executive. The Executive branch is unchecked, to state bluntly. No such balances and checks really have any effect on the executive. The Executive Branch employs the most by far, and almost everyone that particapates in this nation has a job under the executive branch. Therefore, if an agency is in good relation with Congress or atleast a majority of those that hold membership in Congress, that are unchecked.
I probably should've started out with the biggest issue the executive branch has been facing. The two leaders of the executive branch are suppose to be elected together by the American People. Last elections a majority of citizens casted their votes for Lumidas and Zeyad567. If you were to look at the President or Vice President rank, you'd find that neither of these people are anywhere close to their elected positions. Infact, we have two complete strangers to the American people.
The Head of the Executive, President Aerium, has been failing in his duties lately. The executive branch struggles to find real clear leadership. It's true leader, Vice President Pathwaysbball, has taken over the running of both the legislative and executive branch. He can't do it all. The President has to wake up and do his job. If he doesn't, I don't see why he deserves to keep the most powerful job in the free world. Vice President Pathwaysbball would be a suitable replacement. Atleast being President, it would take some of the stress of him that the legislative branch is applying so forcefully. He's been an amazing Vice President, but he would make an even better President. Being President, it would give the executive branch some kind of real leadership that is visible. It's hard to run a nation under the 2nd highest rank, while the one above you is damaging that progress.
With these many problems, law enforcement continues to run around ignorant of the law and citizen's rights.
This great nation under god has no choice but to come together to fix its problems as a whole, or we will find ourselves unemployed.
As leaders of this nation, it is our responsibility to fix this nation; to lead it. I urge every person to help in doing so.
We must fight the odds. We must face our challenges head on, as a nation united.
The state of this nation is poor. |

Two branches united does not do us much good.
What I'm calling for is for all three branches of government to come together. |

We can do more than that.
Our government is a democracy. In a few days, we'll elect our entire House of Representatives and then a few days after a couple seats in the Senate. Elect people who will do what you want! Elect people who have your best interests at heart! Elect people who are truly dedicated to fixing this nation.
And again we'll do that with our President. Don't elect some big time politician because they have money. Elect someone who will truly heal our government! |

| The current leaders should be taken out of office, we need to do a better background check on quite a few of our agents. A few are working with terrorist organizations. |

First the problems, then the strugle, soon the riots started. The hall burned, the station fell. The police tried to counter, yet the problem that first led our nation to this, was leaving the police disorganised. Revolution was called for. Politicans were executed. Soon, people were beaten and lychned in the streats just for using political terms. The hunger struck. Farmers hoarded food. Riots again, this time orderless and leaderless. Farms were looted, robbed. Farmers were killed, the only people with knolege of agriculture. Violence broke out, the last supplies of food fought over by hungry, once, Citizens. Power hungry countries invaded. Americans were taken slave, forced to work. Nuclear warfare between the invading countries. America's allys, such as the UK and France, tried their hardest to help. Within days, America, Britian, France, Irreland and parts of Cannada were turned into fallout ridden, disaster zones. Slowly, most of theese contries recovered, every single one of their Citizens cursing America 40 times over. The world stabelised, apart from the United States of America.
It's a shame no one listened to the peacful, calm calls for change. |

I think Congress has to start asking what the people think on their future upcoming bills.
I also want congress to inform people of impeachments, and such.
Nobody was told about the Poly impeachment.
Congress in general has to step up, and generally think of us, and propose bills for us instead of for their own interests.
