Not too much to lose. My details: 5ft11 tall (1.80-1.81 metric) 178 lb (81kg) I have borader shoulders than most people and heavy-ish bones, but I'd really love to lose 3-4 kg (7-9 pounds I think?) fast. Best way to do it?
P.S. Can't take up a sport, too busy and not too many options. I do walk everyday for a bit though. |

Consume a "Balanced" combination of meals with fiber and proteins/vitamins at a moderate level according to your body weight along with drinking "Pure Water", exercise consistently in moderation to balance the beneficial meal you'll be consuming.
That would be my suggestion for you. |

I would recommend eating nutrogain bars and instead of eating big breakfast I would recommend a daily protein shake.
Also run in the mornings before you start your day, try to do some pull ups.
My daily schedule is run, exercise, then drink protein. At night I excercise then vitamins then sleep.
