Roblox has a terrible tendency to continuously support developers that have already been recognized, occasionally to the extent of media recognition(loleris for example). It's not that this is wrong; but look at how Roblox is ACTUALLY treating the situation. They've, on several occasions, publicly favored eris over the other Murder developers. This, especially, goes for certain developers(CloneTrooper). CloneTrooper has also raised attention to this habit they've developed. Eris' games(or MS games, as they're commonly referred to) are clearly depicted towards a younger audience, and, in light of this, eris has a much more successful title compared to any of the other Murder devs. This is acceptable and expected, competition will always exist. When Roblox continues to advertise an already popular developer by means of the blog, gear, or hats, it's clear they don't care for competition. It's not a fair fight. Roblox is supposed to be a place for opportunity, this shadows that in several respects. I'm not raising hell over this, it's a simplistic mistake and maybe they didn't even realize they were doing it, but we all know Mad Studio by this point. It's evolving at a stunning rate. This doesn't mean it should limit other developers. Gee, Clone's even considering leaving Roblox, and this is one of the reasons. Another is the fact he can't reach an older community on this platform and he lacks the tools to make his game "beautiful", and those are also problems, especially the community. That's not what this post is about. My suggestion, to Roblox, is to be more lenient on other developers and keep their virtual items strictly limited to random, wacky, typical ROBLOX things, instead of things inspired by a game. If it were done in a contest, I mean, that'd be understandable, but it wasn't. You guys even went as far as to pick TMM for the Thanksgiving title. Maybe I'm exaggerating the seriousness of this. Leave your opinions on the matter below, I'm gonna bump this until I have a reasonable response to the situation. -=Robo=- |

It is truly sad how ROBLOX gives most spotlight to Loleris's game only, while the others are trying to keep up. Honestly I wish there was a contest like you said, to see what games would feature the hats.. I don't have much to say except I agree with you. Also I saw the word "Suggestion" and I read it, so Support. [Support] |
