Hey ghostleader, here's some suggestions for your new game called Navy Command:
-=NEW STATS=-
-RATE OF FIRE-
Rate of fire is how fast you shoot your bullets or lasers or.. whatever the ship fires. For example, if your Rate of Fire is at 10, your laser on a turret will shoot once per five seconds. If it's at 20, it will be four seconds per fire, and so on. This is the Rate of Fire on turrets/the guns.
-DEFENSE-
Defense inflicts less damage on a ship. For example, if you have a defence of 10, it will reduce damage taken by one. Twenty, two, Thirty, three, and so on.
-=MATERIALS=-
Materials can be used for many things, and there's many kinds of them as well.
-STEEL-
Steel will upgrade your Max Health by a small amount, around 0.2. You can only use Steel 5 times on ships at once. For example, if you have 4 steel, you can't use it on ships.
-FUEL-
Fuel will raise your Rate of Fire by 1 per 10 fuel barrels. You can only use 10 at a time. For example if you get 9 fuel barrels, you cannot upgrade your Rate of Fire until you get 10 fuel barrels.
-IRON-
Iron will upgrade your Defence by 1 per 5 Iron. For example, if you have 4 iron, you cannot waste 5 and upgrade it by 1.
-WOOD-
Wood will upgrade your Storage Space by 1 per 25 wood. This can be used on ships and refiners.
-HEAT-
Heat will raise your Attack damage by 1 per 10 heat barrels. You know what happens, you can't use it until you get 10 heat barrels.
-LOGIC-
You can obtain materials on islands, which I'll explain later. You can use these to build forts and defend. To use the materials, you must first return it to an Oil Refiner and store it there. If your ship is holding Materials and it gets destroyed, all of the materials will drop into the ocean called Crates. If a ship picks up a crate, it will obtain all the materials that the ship had. To see what materials are in a refiner, you can hover over it and right click it, and it will show you what materials it has.
-SHIPS-
All ships other than Cargo Ships can hold up to 20 materials. Cargo Ships can hold up to 100 materials. (I'll explain Cargo Ships later on.)
-=ISLANDS=-
-MATERIAL ISLANDS-
Here you can collect Materials for your ships. Each island holds 100 materials, and will regen each 5 minutes. There will be about 25 Material Islands around the ocean. To collect Materials from the island, you must have your ship touching the island, then click the Island using the "Select" tool (I'll explain the Select Tool later on.). Where the Ships GUI is it will tell you how much inventory in your ship there is until it's full, and what materials you have.
-EMPTY ISLANDS-
Empty Islands are islands where buildings can be built on. (I'll explain building later.) You can claim these islands using the Select tool and clicking them. It will take around 5 minutes to claim an Empty Island.
-=BUILDING=-
You can build on your Empty Islands by Building. To select an Empty Island to build on, first claim it, then click on the island. Next, a list of things you can make will appear. Then, click on the thing you want to build. After that, it will tell you the description of the thing you want to build on the Empty Island and what you will need for it. This will automatically count the materials you have on all of your oil refineries. Here are some ideas:
-FORTS-
Description: Build this on an island to protect your island.
Includes: A fort that is a cube-looking object but it's roof is a bit lower than an actual cube, and on each corner is a turret.
Abilities: Has 4 turrets that shoot powerful lasers.

Max HP: 750
-VILLAGES-
Description: Build this on an island to increase your Max Amount of ships.
Includes: 5 tiny houses.
Ability: Increases your Max Amount of Ships by 10.
Requirements: 2,500 cash, and 1,000 wood.
Max HP: 250
To be continued on part 2.
