| I dont know why people are either Science or Religion. They both involve each other. |

I agree.
Science explains what God has created.
It does not contradict religion. |

What.. they most certainly do involve each other. Science explains things via science that religion has explained via faith. It's almost like eating a sandwich and soup, too much of one and you're too full to have the other. |

Science can't prove god isn't real.
But it can pretty easily prove the bible isn't. |

The world is not 6000 years old.
The world is not flat above a sea of fire with a dome over it.
Women did not come from men, men are the anomaly (there are many female-only creatures; men are simply modified women. Lift up your shirt and ask why those two pink things are there)
The tower of babel... haaaaaaa.
THE COMEDY OF NOAHS ARK OH YES
Etc |

I agree w/ insya on that stuff.
The recording of traveling parties of je sus and stuff can be true, but tbh there's a lot that just can't. |

| Actually it does. Seeing as things without evidence are to be dismissed in science, science contradicts this "god" entirely. |

"Actually it does. Seeing as things without evidence are to be dismissed in science, science contradicts this "god" entirely."
That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard, up until recently we didn't know how bees flew without defying the laws of physics, therefore bees can't fly.
We didn't know why the tides went in or out therefore they don't
We don't know much about dark matter, therefore it doesn't exist.
Science does not work that way at all. |

legosonic, you're misinterpreting that idea. There's a difference between unfinished evidnce and NO evidence.

@2uo
There is evidence for god, albeit very small and not concrete at all. Therefore, your unfinished evidence statement applies there too.
Also, to your request at Inysa.. I need more info, do you want me to back it up or knock it down? |

I want you to rebut the facts insya has listed, specifically:
the world is not flat with a sea of fire beneath it the world is not 6000 years old |

the world is not flat with a sea of fire beneath it -Are you joking? Have you not heard of earth's molten core that reaches temperatures of 6000C? Also, earth's core 6000C, 6000 years old, coincidence? I think not.
the world is not 6000 years old Yes it is, the world is 6000 years old. There is carbon dating proving that it has existed for millions of years which is much more than 6000 years. |

Tides are caused by the moon's gravity.
And dark matter is absolutely fascinating and I hope I live to see some experiments on it.
For now I'm happy we landed on a comet. A MOVING COMET. WHY ARE PEOPLE NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS MORE.

In reality, it'd be extremely hard to provide 100% proof of any sort of deity. That being said, some (secular) historians have said that certain points in the Bible have been historically proven. I got that from a singular source that didn't go into to terribly much detail, though, so it could be fake. Might not be.
Anyway, a lot of science is compatible with Christianity and probably other religions. The main exception of which is macroevolution, which is rooted on theoretical science. I'm not saying it is theoretical, but Darwin had little to know knowledge of genetics or macroevolution when he wrote his theory.
Microevolution, on the other hand, is extremely compatible with Christianity/probably other religions. It's also what Darwin viewed during his conquests, and has been corroborated by many secular and non-secular biologists.
However, due to a psychological effect in which something is rejected in spite of strong evidence that falsifies the previous theory, it'd also be nearly impossible for a singular scientific or religious thought to be settled upon by a large (probably 80%<) percentage of the world. This effect can be seen in the Copernicus heliocentric/geocentric issue in which practically everyone rejected the heliocentric theory because of a previous belief or thought that was grounded into their brains. Of course, this effect applies to both secular and nonsecular people.
There's also that one situation in which a scientific theory or something was published but falsified quite a while later. Pretty sure it was sometime in the 1800's, though it's been too long since I've read about that.
Bottom line is that no singular idea will be settled upon, some people will ignore facts, and some scientists are full of crap. |

The bible says the earth is flat held up by pillars over a sea of flames. The sky is a dome with stars fixed into it, holding up an ocean. God rules from above this dome, hell is in the flames.
Where are the pillars. Where is the flat earth. Where is the dome. |

To your response to the flat world with sea of fire,
flat, world.
To your response to the 6000 old earth statement
so you support the idea that it's older than told in the bible? |
