Yes it is. Dial-up is old technology and it's incredibly slow - ROBLOX can do nothing about it.

I had dial-up for a while. You can barely play your own game if it has very few parts, and it takes 3+ hours to update ROBLOX Studio/Player.
What I did with dial-up is I developed games instead of trying to play, because that's near impossible. A great way to learn how to develop games would be "ROBLOX Building Guide", available on Amazon! |
