Bank Rules and Restrictions ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
▬Access ▬Reserved rules and guidelines ▬Bank grounds status ▬Agency Classification (I,II,III) ▬Conclusion
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The Bank is a major landmark in DC and must be protected at all times!
▬Access
Because Security issues on bank grounds fall upon the Bank of America to handle, Bank of America members will have full control over who comes and leaves the bank grounds. This is not a restriction on other agencies to overpower or undermine, but to reserve security and safety for all users inside bank grounds. Because of this, the Bank of America reserves the right to control all actions taken inside bank grounds, regardless of agency or status; to prevent the unissued warrant of crime, immaturity, or damage.
The following groups and users have access to the bank vault. (The Bank of America may remove any player from the grounds if deemed necessary) 1. All BoA employees (See agency classification) 2. Agencies that have come to protect the vault, or are escorted by high ranking Bank of America members.
▬Reserved rules and guidelines
While on bank grounds, all users are visitors to their own cause. Actions will be taken literally and regardless of rank or position, and will be dealt with as any player in DC would be dealt. Because of this, the following rules and guidelines have been put in place. ALL USERS MUST ABIDE BY THESE RULES WHILE ON BANK GROUNDS.
1. A mature stature must be upheld while on the grounds a. Poor behavior will be noted, recorded and submitted for examination b. Poor comments will be noted, recorded and submitted for examination 2. Bank of America members reserve the right to control all events that occur on bank grounds a. Illegal or unwarranted actions will be dealt with as criminal unless legitimate explanations are given b. All agencies must follow Bank of america requests, unless overruling, joint orders have been issued by higher Bank of America employees. c. All agencies must respect the role of the Bank of America, maintain their composition while in BoA presence and avoid confrontation between agencies, especially the BoA employees 3. Classification I, II and III users are subject to the following guidelines when on bank property, regardless of law a. All agencies will respect the bank and maintain the reputation of the building b. All agencies will submit to wrongful actions taken on bank grounds c. All agencies are subject to maintain and upkeep the grounds in any way, shape or form: in their own style of maintenance
▬Bank grounds status
All users are requested to respect the listed rules set forth by the Bank of America. Because of the previous lack of rules on this subject, the following “status” rules are put in place to maintain the mature, clean and well governed look of the bank. 1. Users may enter the bank at all times a. Users will be ordered to leave if the bank is placed on lock down b. Users may not enter the vault room unless a BoA member or a specified agency 2. All users excluding the Bank of America are required to keep weapons holstered or at ease while on bank grounds a. Users with weapons up will be treated as hostile 3. Agencies may bring (1) security personnel member for personal protection if requested a. Additional security will be asked to remain outside of bank vault
▬Agency Classification (I,II,III)
Because the bank attracts some unwanted attention from certain users in any given server of DC, agencies ingame are classified into three categories of state, I, II and III. Each classification is based on the importance, job description, spawn location and relevance ingame to categorize who and what may preform actions in and around the bank grounds and vault.
▬Agencies that fall under Classification I: The Bank of America fall under this category. These users have full access to the vault room, and maintain the ability to roam freely around the grounds. These agencies are excluded from minor rules against actions inside of bank grounds but are still liable for removal or escort by Bank of America members if deemed necessary. (An example of Classification I would be the President, Vice President)
▬Agencies that fall under Classification II: Groups and users whose job require access to the bank vault and grounds on a day to day basis. These users may enter the vault room only when their assistance is needed. These users may roam freely on the grounds. These members are still liable for removal or escort by Bank of America members if deemed necessary. (An example of Classification II would be the DOJ, FIA or DSS)
▬Agencies that fall under Classification III: Groups and Users who have little to no business in or around the bank vault. These users may roam freely around the bank grounds. These members are still liable for removal or escort by Bank of America members if deemed necessary. (An example of Classification III would be CNN, DOL or DOT )
