| Recently when I press "play" on a game, a window comes up that has like steps to take to "unblock" the roblox plugin from my browser. The plugin is not blocked and it does not say it is, and I followed the directions on the pop up. Now when I press play, the window/pop up still comes up but I do not know what to do about it. Any help? I tried going on Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. I really don't know what's happening! |

| It's happening on all of my browsers. Are you sure that will work? |

| It might be a bug with your PC. What PC/laptop do you use? |

| I have an ASUS. A couple weeks ago it kept saying that Roblox needed to update, but that stopped after I uninstalled Roblox. |

It might be the laptop itself. If the roblox plugin doesn't work on any other browser, it is likely it's an issue with your laptop. My laptop is a Gateway and runs like a charm. I suggest getting your laptop checked out for any other issues. |

It is NOT an issue with your computer, as I have reinstalled roblox, browser, and even deleted the roblox plugin for the game, and obviously reinstalling roblox. I still get the plugin issue, so it might be the coding of roblox's website, in which a proper 'ok' button wasn't added in the plug in allow. I could see this, as roblox has gone downhill since
Althogh, I am using windows 8, and other people who had this issue were on windows 8.. So do you have windows 8? |

Try to make it so the roblox plugin is always allowed on this site.
If you have google go to the roblox homepage then click the icon which looks like a piece of paper with one edge folded (It is next to refresh in the url)
once you have click it a menu should drop down go to Plug-ins and click the little down arrow next to it then select Always Allow on this site.
If you need help message me |
