It's literally a block with a raycast and a weld script.
There could be more put into it, I prefer non-RCL guns. |

RCL has better scripting than almost all guns.
That's not saying too much but still.
It's better equipped to deal with laggy users, too.
Personally, I think RCL is pretty bad and the community surrounding it is terrible. The concept is alright. The idea of a bare bones weapon seems to work. |

However, I do see stuff which could be fixed or should be better done, specifically in regards to a few annoying bugs.
But you know what- there's a god damn script to edit for that.
And Ryan made RCL FilteringEnabled version, another improvement to that.
If you disagree with a specific part of it, it can be changed.
If you dislike the whole thing, don't support it.
I personally value originality and creativity and fun so I never using RCL guns when I take developing for a project seriously. |

STA'S use RCL scripts? They are not "RCL scripts". They are raycast scripts, and every gun has a raycasting script, so it can shoot the bullet out of the gun. Duhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Because, what you are saying is apparently if I create a gun from scratch, scripts myself and everything they are RCL scripts.
You own RCL. They are not RCL scripts. You do not own the scripts. They are not scripts of your property.

Can you stop your idiotic rambling about people using it for actual clan tech please?
This is not their main purpose and is actually more of a side effect. There are no groups using standard unedited RCL guns in their base, there are however plenty of instances where they are heavily edited in such a way that you would not even notice that they were RCL scripts in the first place. |
