1. Either be extremely tired, or not tired at all. 2. Go to bathroom before you attempt, and do not drink/eat atleast 3 hours beforehand. 3. Put a pillow on your torso, and focus on the weight on your stomach. Do this until sleep is achieved. 4. You are now lucid dreaming, remind yourself that you are in a dream. You can now dream whatever you like!
tips:
Try not to move at all while sleeping, ignore scratches. Make sure it's dark in your room, and do not open your eyes.
Best when done alone. Lock door if possible.
Do not panic if you go into paralysis, just start off by wiggling your toes and work your way up to being conscious.
