▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Section A: Patrolling】
- Obey all laws of Rockport. - Uniforms are required if displayed on the Game’s pictures. worn at all TRC/- If you cannot afford the uniform, your Torso needs to be Dark Grey, and your Arms/Legs need to be Light Grey, the one located next to the Dark Grey on the left. - Officer+ have the basic weapons. Abuse of them will not be tolerated, and will result in a punishment. - 2 Units MAX for simple traffic stops (Code 6) unless requested by the main officer. - You’re not allowed to pull over/arrest someone without a good reason. - System: (1)Warning, (2)Ticket, (3)Jail. Only send people right to jail if they killed someone OR if they were in a pursuit (Plus other role-play reasons, if the subject says the role-play item themselves). - Suspended Officers who go on active duty can and will be kicked from the server, and their suspension could potentially be increased. - While patrolling, you are to enforce the Constitution of State of Rockport, and state laws. - Use the radio for radio talk only! Using the radio incorrectly can create a punishment. - TRC controls TRC, as Rockport controls Rockport. There are separate exceptions that can be discussed with FedoraMasterB98. - Don’t spawn a huge amount of cars, it would the lag server extremely, and you can be punished for it. - Give the appropriate punishment that fits the seriousness of the crime. - You are required to report to an AC+ about any abuse, with proper video/picture proof. - Remember turn off your emergency lighting/sounds when not necessary. - While on duty, use the set of police commands in the TRC Group Description. - Driving a civilian vehicle while on duty is not permitted, or else you could face punishment. If you don’t have a license for a police vehicle, then either go partner up or you go get a license with a driving test. - If your are off-duty at Rockport, and you are causing trouble or crime (E.X Murder, Multiple Pursuit, and highly wanted) you will be punished accordingly. - You may pull over RDOT if they are reckless driving or not following the Rockport road laws.

- Promotions for each training will vary depend on the trainer himself/herself. - Commanders and Superintendents should still attend training's, even if they’re co-hosting or not. - If there are DC/Supers in the training, they are still required to participate. No spectating. - DC/Supers on the trainee’s team may not use admin commands. - You may not co-host without the host’s consent. - Training's aren't to be begged for, HR’s hold training's when they can; not when people want them to. - All HR's must be addressed as “ma’am” or “sir” when training or patrolling. - HR's are to be listened to. If there is an order given by an HR, listen and abide to it. - Training's are to consist of teaching officers a specific skill for on-duty uses. - Do not go AFK during training's. It is disrespectful and rude. Going AFK can result in a kick, to allow somebody else to take your spot and value the training. - If you disrespect anybody during a training, it will result in kick/ban and potentially followed up with a punishment. - When an HR commands you to do something, you are to stop what you are currently doing, and to do what you were told to do without question. - Cursing and talking back to an HR will result in a punishment and/or a demotion. - Training's are to be controlled. (This means no messing around and being immature). - Do not go into any areas of the training places that the host(s) haven’t told you to go too. - Trainers must teach trainees within the properly way, not rushing into the activities poorly. - Trainers must use proper technique that are appropriate for the context of the event.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Section C: Basic Conduct】
- When talking to HR's, address them as “Sir” or “Ma’am” If you do not know which one to address them by, ask. - You must follow all traffic laws at any Rockport City. - Act civil to other people and officers. - Follow all ROBLOX rules and guidelines. - Follow our chain of command. MR's order LR's. HR's order MR's and LR's. - Proper uniforms must be worn at all TRC affiliated places (Unless off duty, etc.). - If you cannot afford the uniform, your Torso needs to be Dark Grey, and your Arms/Legs need to be Light Grey, the one located next to the Dark Grey on the left. - No profanity at any TRC place. (That includes if you censor or shorten one. Don’t use any form of profanity). - Arguments on the TRC wall are not permitted. They block out other information and create contention. If possible, work it out in PM or not at all. - Don’t advertise on the TRC wall or in game for anything at all, except elections, speeches, etc. - HR's, when addressing other officers, you all should use grammar and correct language. - TRC uniforms are required while you’re doing anything TRC Related, or on duty. - Respect those who achieve promotions and positions, don't complain about them. - Don’t back talk or post a very offensive comment toward an HR or a group of HR’s. (For example, complaining on how a trainer doe’s a horrible job). - Don’t randomly walk up to a high rank in game and ask questions, or to follow them. They are doing a their task at hand. If you wish to contact a high rank, do so on private message on ROBLOX or on Raidcall. - If it is discovered you are going after other officers ranks to get them demoted/punished, you will be punished accordingly. - Do not stalk/follow HR’s for promotions or anything else related to TRC, doing so will result in necessary actions. - Don’t private message an HR for a training or a promotion. If you do so you will be likely punished. Also, don’t pm a high rank to rush a promotion. DC’s don’t have any promotion power. They must PM their promotion list(s) to their AC. High ranks do have lives in real life, so give wait time of 0-48 hours. If you are not promoted within 0-48 hours, then contact the trainer of the training that you had attended.

- Admin can be used at all training's by the host and co-hosts only. - Admin commands must be used in a reasonable form, for training purposes. - No usage of admin commands should be a form of Admin Abuse, or unreasonable toward the training. - In Rockport Cities, any admin is allowed to team someone to prisoner, or to kick if they continuously leave and rejoin the server.

- Our rank type includes [C] - Commissioner, [HC] - Chief in Command, [HR]- High Ranks, [MR] - Middle Rank, [LR]- Low Rank, and [UR] - Under Rank. - You should know what rank type you are, from the abbreviation. (For example, “[LR] Corporal”, They are a low rank, and they are a Corporal) - TRC’s Chain of Command: [C]→[HC]→[HR]→ [MR] → [LR] → [UR]

- HR’s are to act mature, respect everyone, and to set an example. - HR’s must enforce the rules and guidelines, and give out the appropriate punishment for an offense of a rule/guideline. - HR’s must stay active, or risk demotion. - As a HR you must serve as role model to everyone who looks up to you. As a high rank you must be on your best behavior. - HR’s must also follow the rules/guidelines displayed, nobody is above the rules/guidelines. - You are to act like a HR at all times your doing TRC activities, or on duty.

- All rules/guidelines apply to all TRC officers. These won’t be avoidable, and abusing of any listed above will result in the proper punishment necessary. - These rules/guidelines may be edited or changed by an AC+ with the consent of FedoraMasterB98. |
