Train noobs into loyal, combative sub-ordinates with optimum communication, getting them to declare war on a bunch of powerclans and being able to win with efficient war tactics.

I don't understand why C&G hypes on all these 'good leaders' of whom have just been able to convince a few edgy teens to fight for them for at maximum a year.

You don't need them to use grammar.

You just need them to like you and bond with one and other knowing that they are fighting the best of the best.

And, Ryan, I think GG needs to refine a new authoritative system based around you and Stipess. You also need to bond with each member, but influencing your level of professionalism on them, instead of conforming to them.

If you integrate a new efficient training system
Get the majority of GG to support you
Create a set of laws VOTED by GG

and some other stuff to make them like you whilst making them good

start declaring war on clans and take it seriously, declare war on an unofficial - official clan which would be 'honorable' enough to accept GG [since GG has built an unfair norm of being ignored and rejected]

and you're set to go!!

@Refund

As Stunt said, VAK was created under conditions of the only intellectual one being Vaktus and the rest mere followers.

It's harder nowadays though because of the vast standards and power of C&G in clans, but its still achievable.

That sir, is not the definition of a leader. Leading, as in leadership, leading your soldiers into battle, leading your soldiers down the right path, and leading your soldiers to glory, and victory. Not teaching/training. Even though teaching is being a good leader, training someone in combat specifically for combat skills isn't a leader, hence the word use leading. You cannot "lead" someone to learn combat tactics, but you CAN lead someone in battle. There are more than one leader in the group, as the soldiers themselves are leaders.

And that, is why I am going to take matters into my own hands soon.

Because I have turned noobs into powerful HRs.

When I used the adjective 'real' it was meant in the context of being 'good' and 'unique'.

You lead a group, the point is that you are given POOR conditions to start off with (noobs maybe from ads or a VIP game where they consider you as god-like) and you develop it using managerial and leadership techniques. Part of leadership techniques would be reasonably assumed being good at training (or having good trainers), whilst also being charismatic. Again with 'leading people into glory' - probably in the context that you fight beside them and boost morale, that STILL would require a level of charisma.

TL;DR

I meant 'real' as in 'good, unique, amazing' leader in relation to the default C&G opinion being one who convinces the most other C&Gers to join their group.

A 'good' leader would be able to raise a clan in such dire conditions.

@liss

Yeah you wouldn't want them to compete or cause any drama, especially with its with 'noobs' (more commonly average ROBLOXians) of the age of 10-14.

You need to somehow centralize all influence and events around YOU, the point is YOU are the only leader, you need to subliminally de-value ranks from their agenda and generally convince them to aspire to support you in every situation.

Of course to reach this state of loyalty you'd need loads of charisma

A good example of this would be 'B.E.E'

-but the leader isn't ambitious / combatively good enough to challenge higher up clans

but he has influenced hordes and formulated an actual clan system with them
