So I need to eat 1 multi vitamin for breakfast
5 bites of something like a hamburger for lunch
and 4 bites of main meal and 2 bites of side dish for dinner
for 1 week that will statistically lose me 15 pounds if I do the exercise I planned

i gain a few pounds over the summer cause no track or hockey then i just lose it when hockey or track starts y0

well i already lost tons of weight im 127.5 right now but we don't have a 113 for wrestling so im going to take one for the team

if you under eat like you say you are going to do, you won't have the energy in your body to be able to do any of the "exercises" you planned properly

lol so many missing factors Calories per burger calories burned per "activity" Calories burned exercising energy needed to exercise you are missing a lot |
